Wildlife:
Wildlife in this area consist of White-Tailed Deer, Rio Grande Turkey, Javalina, and Feral Hogs. The bird hunting in this area can be excellent for Mourning and White-Wing Dove. The Bobwhite Quail in this area can also be excellent especially with the close proximity to the Sand Sheet Region of South Texas.

Habitat:
The habitat on this ranch consist of a mix of heavy South Texas brush and large Bull Mesquite Trees. Some areas have also been open field areas in the past that have regrown back in Mesquite. These areas could easily be cleared for increased livestock production or used for wildlife food plots. Most of the brush on this ranch consist of Mesquite, Granjeno, Blackbrush, as well as Huisache.

Electricity:
Electricity can be found on the North side of the ranch coming from the county road powering the water well and providing power to the Barndominium.

Topography:
The ranch is predominately flat and has about 20 feet of elevation change throughout. Most of the relief is on the south and northeast side of the ranch.
