Meet Mike & Cody

  • Mike Carrasco

I was raised on my family’s ranch in Charlotte, Texas, a small town located just south of San Antonio in Atascosa County. While working on the farm, I gained vast knowledge of both agribusiness and wildlife industries. When I got into farm and ranch real estate I quickly developed a reputation for having a “never give up” attitude and always placing my clients before myself.   I pride myself on forming personal relationships with my buyers and sellers, and call many of my clients my friends. My extensive background in farming and ranching makes me a well-versed and highly trained professional you can count on. I stay up-to-date on the market and issues affecting landowners by maintaining memberships in the Texas Alliance of Land Brokers, Texas Deer Association and the Texas Landowners Association. When I am not helping my clients, you can find me spending time with my wife, Samantha, on our family’s ranch in South Texas.

  • Cody Orr

Growing up in Jourdanton, Texas, I developed a love for the outdoors and began hunting with my father at the age of six. Hunting became a way of life for me and I soon began learning about wildlife management. Specifically, I studied the management of White-Tailed Deer, implementing what I learned on ranches across South Texas. I gained valuable experience on numerous commercial hunting ranches, working with deer breeding operations and also assisting with research projects on the King Ranch. After graduating from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, I worked in the oil and gas industry and quickly gained extensive knowledge in oil and gas production and field operations. My time in the industry gave me experience ranging from Beaumont to Odessa and south into the Rio Grande Valley. Now, I enjoy my career helping my clients with buying and selling ranchland. My experience in wildlife management, and oil and gas gives me an advantage. With my experience, I can help you make thorough assessments of farm and ranch properties throughout Texas. When I am not helping clients with real estate transactions, you can find me still chasing White-Tailed Deer or working cattle in Atascosa County.
