This ranch is located in southern Duval county outside the town of Realitos, TX. The ranch is accessed off of County Road 272, only 2 miles north of Realitos. The ranch is convenient to almost any part of South Texas. From Corpus Christi this ranch is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, from McAllen the ranch is right at 2 hours, and from San Antonio the ranch is 2 hours and 45 minutes.

The ranch is mostly unimproved except for a partially built camp house and a water well. With some work the camp house could be utilized or the concrete slab used to rebuild something different. A number of senderos have been created over the last few years to allow for better visibility while hunting and also more accessibility throughout the ranch. The wildlife that is native to the area is White-Tailed Deer, Feral Hogs, Rio Grande Turkey, and Javelina. Duval County has been known for many years to produce excellent bucks and have great hunting. Dove and Bobwhite Quail have been seen in good numbers on this ranch this year as well.

The ranch is watered by one water well located by the camp area. The condition of the water well is in currently working condition. Numerous places on this ranch would make great stock tank locations.

Electricity is provided from County Road 272 and has been ran onto the ranch to the main camp area. With electricity already being ran in this far, providing electricity to other parts of the ranch would be much easier.

The habitat ranges from Caliche hilltops full of high protein brush to Mesquite flats. The hilltops are covered in all of the desirable brush for deer including Guajilla, Blackbrush, and Brasil. The flats have some Mesquite and Huisache regrowth and good, strong grasses. This type of habitat is very desirable when looking for both a hunting and agricultural ranch.
